Refund policy

Refund Policy — Digital Products

All products sold by Fête Paper Co. are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once your files have been downloaded.

If your files arrive corrupted or you have trouble downloading them, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will re-send your files or resolve the issue.

If we make an error in personalization — wrong names, dates, or spelling based on the details you provided at checkout — we will correct and re-deliver your files free of charge. Please double-check all personalization details before completing your order, as errors in details you supplied are not eligible for free correction.

Privacy Policy

Fête Paper Co. collects only the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store card numbers), and the personalization details you provide for your stationery (names, dates, venues).

We use this information to deliver your digital files, provide customer support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional updates about new collections. We never sell your personal information.

Your personalization details are used solely to create your stationery and are never shared publicly or used in marketing without your explicit permission.

To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Terms of Service

License. Every purchase includes a personal-use license for the buyer's own event. You may print your stationery as many times as you need for that event. You may not share, forward, resell, redistribute, or post the digital files publicly, nor use them for commercial purposes.

Personalization. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, and details you provide. We correct our own errors free of charge (see Refund Policy).

Digital delivery. Files are delivered by download link after purchase. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files; links remain available for 12 months from purchase.

Intellectual property. All designs remain the property of Fête Paper Co. Your purchase grants a license, not ownership of the artwork.

After purchase, you will receive a download link for your personalized, print-ready PDF files. Your files are typically delivered within 24 hours of you submitting your personalization details.

It is your responsibility to download and back up your files; download links remain available for 12 months from purchase. If you have trouble downloading, contact us and we will re-send your files.
